Egg - Veggie - Casserole ❗ A delicious recipe (for all Veggie fans) ❗
Hello, my dears.
A very tasty casserole recipe for all Vaggie fans.
The broccoli goes well with the potatoes.
Just getting the egg to stick is a bit tricky. That’s why the baking time is so long.
Please check after the baking time in the middle of the casserole whether the egg has set. If it is too runny, turn the oven down and leave it in the oven.
The trick to the dish is that the broccoli doesn’t burn and the egg is firm.
The pinch of salt and pepper can be a bit more generous, both the egg and the vegetables tolerate salt.
Optionally, you can of course also boil the potatoes in salted water.
