“The Time Machine“ is an Official Selection of the 6th annual Desertscape International Film Festival that runs March 27th - 30th in St. George, Utah. Synopsis: The Time Traveler returns to London which triggers vivid recollections of Morlocks in an underground tunnel and his unique bond with Weena, an enigmatic Eloi. Learn more at: --------------------------------- DESERTSCAPE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (DIFF): DIFF enjoyed its inaugural outing in June 2019, and through the gracious aid of the City of St. George, Washington County, local businesses, and unwavering community support, it should emerge as a Southern Utah staple for many years to come. DIFF certainly prides itself on the work of Utah-based storytellers, but it is also a champion of filmmaking talent from all around the world. In the end, DIFF’s primary goal is to educate, entertain, and enlighten attendees of all ages. FILM AND MEDIA ALLIANCE OF SOUTHERN UTAH (FMASU): FMASU is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit designed to encourage, inspire, educate, and nurture filmmaking talent and to preserve film history and the theatrical experience. FMASU will achieve this by way of hosting several film-related events throughout the year. Included; Desertscape International Film Festival, This Movie Club Free Weekly Film Series, HorrorFest International, A Merry Movie Christmas Charity Event, The Guerilla Filmmaking Challenge (held three times per year), and a Youth Mentorship Filmmaking Program. While FMASU prides itself on its Southern Utah roots, it is equally interested in championing storytellers from all around the world.
