Sales Training: Successful Sales Motivation

All too often sales meetings turn into dull lectures, repetitive messages that really have nothing to do with selling your products, and then results in de-motivating rather than motivating and increasing sales. The whole purpose of a sales meeting is simply sales motivation. By this, I mean to motivate your people and get them prepared to focus on selling. Meetings that are unexpected become punishment for those that must attend.
