The Sulun Arms “Auslof“ package is a unique and interesting shotgun that revives a classic design with modern updates. Based on the Alofs system developed by Herman Alofs in 1924, the Auslof combines the simplicity of a single-shot shotgun with the added functionality of a tube-fed magazine system. This mechanism allows for quick loading and ejection, making it quite distinctive among contemporary shotguns. The “Auslof“ package features a break-action design and includes an external magazine and feeding device. When the first round is fired, the spent case is ejected and hits a release lever, which then loads a new shell into the chamber via a spring-loaded feeder. This design allows the shotgun to be readily folded in half for compact storage and easy transport, making it ideal for outdoor activities and hunting.
