Specifically, Huawei and Harbin Institute of Technology have made a breakthrough in the “diamond chip“ technology by combining diamond materials with graphene to achieve three-dimensional heterogeneous integration. This method can quickly dissipate the heat generated by the chip, reduce thermal resistance, and significantly improve the chip’s cooling efficiency.
