Weirdest Noice Made By a Bird at 00:40. Sounds Like Crying

Such weird noice made by cockatiel Quishna today! It was the weirdest sound I’ve ever heard. I was trying to pull Quishna off me as I was about to be late for work. But Quishna was like crying and then seemed to be enjoy the kind of dancing. I tried the other 2 cockatiels but never found they have the similar behaviour to Quishna.
