Mt Cheam Speed Flying

Mt Cheam. This prominent peak sits 2104m’s above the 46m Fraser valley floor with its N trail being steep and direct. The logistics of summiting this mountain are almost easier when ascending via the N trail; the alternative being a long and rough shuttle around the south side. You’d spend more time shuttling and retrieving vehicles, so why not take a shortcut up the front side and land at your tailgate? That’s what John and I figure anyway.
