Old Rusty Chef Cleaver Restoration

Hello folks! Today I want to show you my new restoration project! I found this chef cleaver at flea market and bought it for USD $3. As I saw the steel is very good and in the process of restoration I found on the blade of cleaver a blacksmith sign but I have no idea what’s doesn’t means.
