Song: The Tree Still Thinks of Tom Album: Three Evenings Before Tom Eaton moved to New Hampshire, he would take frequent walks at Salisbury Beach State Reservation in Salisbury, MA. Along these walks, he would always take pictures of the same tree, which became known as “Tom’s Tree”. After Tom moved to New Hampshire, I thought about this tree and wanted to write a piece of music from the tree’s perspective of no longer seeing Tom on his walks. What came out was a short, poignant piece I called “The Tree Still Thinks of Tom”.
