Wreckfest: GTA 2 Map

With this mod I ported the residential region from GTA 2, I did this just as a test of having a big map with streets, something unseen in Wreckfest. It has some issues like all the 2D street lights and one sided textures. All that said it was still fun to drive around and explore in the private multiplayer session.
