William Skinner 1939 Gravity Power Machine - Replication Investigation

Many details are easier to see with this... I hope. I believe the very top “input“ point IS rotating, and the middle “wobble plate“ is 2-axis. I’m not a replicator on this, just an investigator at this point. Comments welcome
