Swedish Bars Workout for Beginners PREVIEW

Simona begins this class with a quick history about the Swedish Bars and then leads an informative and enjoyable session that’s appropriate for beginners. You’ll massage your feet, stretch your legs, lower back, shoulders and hips and improve your strength and coordination with climbing, hanging and stabilizing exercises.
