Today, in the spirit of Halloween, I have for you a Creature Feature with one of my favorite animals to work with, the Indian Fruit Bat, or ’Flying Fox’. **Disclaimer** This bat is a captive bred bat. He wasn’t poached ,smughled, or taken from the wild. That said, I don’t endorse bats as pets (he’s not a pet) and it’s extremely important NOT to handle any wild bats you may encounter, as they *can* carry rabies in many countries.
