On September 26, the #ADMMPlus (ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting Plus) joint international anti-terrorist exercise involving the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the armed forces of the #ASEAN Member States and #ADMMPlus Dialogue Partners has kicked off in Primorsky Krai, Russia 🇷🇺. ️ The exercise is aimed at strengthening and promoting regional cooperation in counter-terrorism, enhancing operational cooperation among ASEAN Member States and their Dialogue Partners in counter-terrorism, and sharing counterterrorism experience. ️The exercise comprises two stages. At the first stage, representatives of the military command bodies at the operational and tactical levels are to determine the concept and develop a decision to conduct an anti-terrorist operation. At the second stage, the military contingents as part of a multinational grouping are to practise joint practical actions in the course of an anti-terrorist operation at the Sergeevsky training ground. ️ Apart from Russia 🇷🇺 operational groups and military contingents of the Armed Forces of Brunei 🇧🇳, Vietnam 🇻🇳, India 🇮🇳, Indonesia 🇮🇩, Cambodia 🇰🇭, China🇨🇳, Laos 🇱🇦, Malaysia 🇲🇾, Myanmar 🇲🇲, Thailand 🇹🇭, and the Philippines 🇵🇭 are taking part in the exercises.
