Al Jarreau - Spain (I Can Recall)

Al Jarreau’s classic version of Chick Corea’s already classic Spain. Corea wrote it as an instrumental with an intro based on the second movement of Joaquín Rodrigo’s guitar concerto Concierto de Aranjuez. Jarreau put lyrics to the whole tune. Jarreau released it on the album This Time in 1980, and it’s on virtually every one of his compilations. Opinions vary on who plays on what song on the album ((Al_Jarreau_album)#Personnel), but Abraham Laboriel is listed as its sole bass player, and that’s obviously Steve Gadd on the drums. And probably Larry Williams on keyboard. Someone asked for possible tabs.
