INTRODUCTION TO THE SEGMENTAL ASSESSMENT OF TRUNK CONTROL (SATCO) IN EDUCATIONAL SETTINGS

This ECHO TIES session will provide a brief overview of the SATCo and the application of strategies to assist with positioning for improved postural control and participation during family and school routines and learning activities. We will share a recent case study showing SATCo administration followed by immediate changes in function when segmental support was provided to the child’s positioning devices.
