My New Years Resolutions Changed My Life #calisthenics
My past New Years Resolutions changed my entire life. Here’s a look at just a few of them:
2014: Learn how to do pull-ups
2017: Learn how to hold a handstand
2018: Fully commit to training calisthenics
2023: I wrote out 100 things I wanted to manifest, including ways I wanted to feel, events I wanted to welcome in, business goals, training goals, where I wanted to live…etc, and 90% of them have been made manifest. A few others, have changed as I’ve grown.
