For the second meeting between these two clubs, The Pittsburgh Penguins hosted the Edmonton Oilers on Sunday afternoon. Edmonton’s Connor McDavid scored the first goal of the match-up in the first minute. Later, a second Oilers goal was scored by Mattias Ekholm. Edmonton held a 2-0 lead at the end of the 1st.
