Bells of Fury Session One 1. Double Clean to catch -3 sets of 8-15 (60-90 second break between sets) 2. Seated Hot Potato -3 sets of 15 per hand (60-90 second break between sets) 3. Alternating Pistol Grip Clean and Press -3 sets of 5-8 per hand (60-90 second break between sets) 4. Inverted Kettlebell Push up -3 sets of a few reps before failure (60-90 second break between sets) 5. Front side Flip -3 sets of 30 seconds (90 seconds break between sets) 6. Wall Walk out -2 sets of 60 seconds (90 seconds break between sets)
