In this video, 9 minutes strong ballet back workout from ballerina Maria Khoreva, we are going to work on improving the strength of our back in under 10 minutes. I tried to pick the exercises for this routine that wouldn’t be targeting the same muscle groups so that all of us can manage finishing the workout and benefitting from it! I enjoyed filming this episode a lot and ended up quite liking the order of the exercises so hopefully you do too!
