After a lovely visit to Derry, Randy and I headed via train to Portadown, Northern Ireland to a place called Roadhouse Take Away to take on their Undefeated Phattest Bastard Burger Challenge. Brave and hungry diners have just 30 minutes to finish a burger piled high with: 4 half-pound burger patties, 8 strips of bacon, 4 potato scallops, a massive fried chicken breast fillet, 2 bratwurst sausages, 8 slices of cheese and 4 large onion rings.
