Mike Matheson continues to look better every game with his new team, making a few plays which resulted in Teddy Blueger having a virtually empty net at which to shoot. Evgeni Malkin, Bryan Rust, and Jason Zucker teamed up for a nice tic-tac-toe tally, and Rust capped things off with an empty net tally. Rust and Zucker each had 1G-1A—2 Pts, while Malkin had 2A.
