Prehab exercises to do before or after practice. Do it 2-3 times a week.
Extensions - 2-3 sets x10-15
Lunges - 2-3 sets x8-12 each leg
Ball pushups - 2-3 sets x10-12 explosively
Ball squeeze sit-ups - 2-3 sets x20-30
