Bug reported here: PC specs: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X, RX 580, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM, Game on SSD EDIT: Temporary fix: If you shoot a “basic cast“ at the water it stops the popping textures but it deletes the water texture (its less annoying tho)
