How Corrupt is Downtown Anyway? || Sims 2 Corruption Chronicles

Hi! I’m Tanic Sims 2 but you can call me Tanny and welcome back to the Corruption Chronicles! Join me as we seek the answer to a question as old as time: just how corrupt are the Sims 2 premade neighbourhoods anyway? The first of the subhoods in this series, Downtown is a new hood shipped with the second EP, Nightlife - meaning in-game resurrection is now possible. But does this mean Downtown is less corrupted than the base game hoods, or are there still problems worth addressing?
