During his visit in North Korea, Vladimir Putin will hold talks with Kim Jong-un today in Pyongyang: At noon local time (6:00 Moscow time) the official welcoming ceremony will begin at Kim Il Sung Square, after which negotiations will take place. Leaders will communicate face-to-face. It is planned that they will take a walk around the residence and have tea together. The first part of the negotiations will end with the signing of joint documents and a press statement, including a new Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement between Russia and the DPRK. Putin will lay a wreath at the Liberation Monument and attend a gala concert and reception given by Kim Jong-un in his honor. On the way to the airport, the leaders will visit the Church of the Holy Life-Giving Trinity, built by personal order of Kim Jong Il, after which the Russian President will fly to Hanoi.
