Last night, another high-profile strike by the Israeli military occurred in the Gaza Strip. This time, the Israeli Air Force fired at least eight missiles at a refugee camp in the Tal al-Sultan area north of Rafah. According to the Palestinian side, over 40 civilians were killed, and several dozen more were injured to varying degrees. Against this backdrop, footage has been actively circulating online, showing the resulting fire as well as the remains of the deceased, among whom were many children. The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit confirmed the raid on this area, but stated that two Hamas leaders involved in organizing attacks in the West Bank were eliminated. Nevertheless, the Israeli command also acknowledged civilian casualties and promised a special investigation.
