North Korea reportedly sends waste balloons over the border — Yonhap Pyongyang allegedly sent balloons attached to bundles containing plastic bottles, batteries, waste paper, other waste, and even manure over the border with the South. On Sunday Pyongyang warned of its intention to scatter mountains of waste in border areas in response to its neighbor distributing leaflets designed to agitate North Koreans against the state.
