Yep, here we go again! A NEW Budget Civic Build begins with the Perfect example of a stock $900 Honda Civic. We’ll be taking this 2000 Honda Civic EX from eeeesh to sheeeesh in no time. Let’s GO! The Goal: Make this car as good as I possible can with little time and little money. I’ve done it before and I’m going to do it again with budget cap of $3000. Buying a cheap (running) car in today’s market is beyond hard to find, but I think I hit the jackpot. This is a 2000 Honda Civic EX (Ek Coupe) with a 5 Speed Manual Transmission, 217K Miles, D16Y8 VTEC Motor, with everything THAT WORKS. Talk about lucky. My friends and I wanted a challenge to see who can buy the cheapest car and make it clean enough to sell for more than what we put in. Physically transforming a Honda Civic is a strong point for me, and this time I’m going to do it a bit different.
