The American ventriloquist, puppeteer and children’s entertainer introduced her audiences to her popular sock puppet character Lamb Chop and then later Hush Puppy, Charley Horse and numerous others. She was a perfectionist as you can see from this opening clip with Lamb Chop to her “Christmas with Shari Lewis“ 1976 CBC Special.
