Welcome to my channel. I’m Michael, the video shows the C66Y-420 forging hammer and manipulator performance. It’s a 12-ton hammer, for open die forging. Ram’s weight is 14 tons. Maximum stroke is 2.2 meters. The forging speed is 7 meters per second, and the hit frequency is 40-70 per minute. This giant requires 9 sets of 75KW motors to drive it. Therefore, it can forge basically any open die forgings available on the market. The second part of the video shows how the device operates. The operator can complete the linkage between the hammer and the manipulator and complete various forging actions only by operating the handle. The production efficiency is very high, which ensures that the forgings are completed within one heating and improves the quality of the forgings.
