Cutting the Fresh Human Brain (With Narration)

This is a very brief #dissection of the #human #brain that is reposted with some narration by Dr. Wolfe. This is done to explain that this is a standard procedure at every #autopsy examination and is done to look inside the brain for evidence of #disease. Without this type of dissection the #pathologist cannot know if disease is present and thus why the brain must be cut in this manner. This is important to arrive at the cause of death and because many diseases of the brain may be genetic/hereditary and the surviving family members would not otherwise know without this type of examination.
