A custom-made, futuristic car built in Florida and sold on eBay is gaining national attention for its title as an “extra terrestrial vehicle.“ Custom car builder Mike Vetter of Sebestian set out to build the ETV because he wanted something that would be different and unique -- and it seems he accomplished just that.
