In this video, we will talk about Tasks in Agile and Scrum. We use Tasks to break down user stories even further. Tasks are the smallest unit of Work. The developers may choose to pair up when doing the Work. Typically, each user story will have multiple associated tasks. A task is something like code this, design that, create test data for such-and-such, automate that, and so on. These tend to be things done by one person.
