Turning a Rusty Wrench into a Tiny but Powerful SLINGSHOT

This Tiny Slingshot took me almost one week of work at -28 degree outdoor and it was not easy to make it such perfect. I Turned a really rusty 24/27 Wrench into a pocket size but Powerful Slingshot. I tried my best to make perfect Slingshot with simple tools. All the processes of making this beautiful SLINGSHOT are below Grinding: At first I cut off a piece of Wrench with my angle grinder and hand sanded the edges with the help of file to remove all the roughness. I don’t have a belt sander so I did all further grinding with hands and turned a wrench into a small Slingshot shaped steel piece. Normalization: For that I used propane burner and heated the piece to a critical temperature for a short period then allowed to cool in air. This process is called Annealing of steel and is opposite to Hardening. It’s best way to decrease Hardness and Toughness of the metal. v. I made Frame with the help of straight grinder. v. Used a mini file set to make Grooves
