This one is a little different from my usual suggestion to lift heavy and low reps. Instead of building muscle the focus is on rapidly shedding fat. Great for getting beach ready body if you have a few weeks to prepare. Enjoy the “strong“ cardio circuit. Remember to do four rounds for best results! 💪🇧🇧
