WEB EXTRA: Lakes Turn Pink in Argentina

Move over blue-green algae. These lakes in Argentina have turned pink, drone video from late July shows. Local media reports the color is from fish farming companies dumping industrial fluid into a nearby lagoon. An environmental control official told AFP the color “does not cause damage.”
