Bill Cipher Can’t Decide

I had this idea in my head and I just had to do it. x3 There are a lot of mistakes in this though, but I’m glad it’s finally done. Mostly based on Sock Opera because I wanted to do lip sync with Bill, and because that episode was awesome. Most of the animation was done months ago; back when I was first learning the style, so that’s why a lot of it is off-model. Also, I’m not sure what happened but the puppets wobble horribly at the very end when he’s slowly lowering them while on fire. It’s really botheri
