“End of an Era“ The James Hardie Ferodo 1000 at Bathurst, New South Wales, Australia, 1979. This was digitised from an ancient Pioneer DiscoVision disk and player. These were installed in various GMH (Holden) dealerships during the 1980’s to play the videos as promotion for the Holden cars. Please excuse any lipsync issues, the disk has severe laser rot and I was lucky to get enough video to splice together to make one complete version. Its a very ’Holden’ view of the race.
