Designing and assembling parts with screw threads & gears - 3D design for 3D printing pt6

To get the best out of 3D printing, it helps if you can design your own parts. In this tutorial series, we will learn to use a free 3D CAD program to do just that. In this episode, we add new tools to Onshape by using FeatureScript. These are very powerful tools created by community members that extend Onshape’s capabilities. The FeatureScripts utilised in this tutorial allow us to easily create screw threads and spur gears to create a working mechanism.
