The joke is that Hamada is a little upset and he wants to release some steam with this cool idea; To fight people only using the phrase “Nanyanen”. Literally saying it. Nanyanen itself has many meanings but Hamada uses it in this context to look for a fight or be provocative as in “What’s up?” or “What the hell are you doing?”. So it’s a verbal fight, and its hilarious! With the rest of the gaki cast License as spectators, a big studio room has been prepared where Hamada can choose to fight between 50 different people. Once a round starts the Nanyanening begins. “Nanyanen” here “Nanyanen” There. Hamada beats them down one by one, but not without a proper fight.
