#classical #verdi #requiem #metal Hi all! Love starting the new year off with a classical tune (or a Romantic piece if you want to get technical). I’ve did my fair share of studying Verdi in school. His music is really super if you get a chance to give him a good listen, especially his operas. And from what I remember, he would have been even bigger in Italy and abroad if he wasn’t a dick haha. There’s transcriptions hanging around that he wasn’t too pleasant to deal with and his personality was extremely disliked. Oh well haha, the man birthed some great music!
