ICE BATH | My Daily Morning Routine in the Russian Winter

This summer I moved back to Russia. As the winter approached, I decided to embrace the cold to the fullest. You probably know if you watched my Baikal video, that three years ago I got to know the Wim Hof Method and trained for 10 weeks to make friends with the cold. Here I am again. For 30 days I exposed myself to cold therapy. Started from cold showers and gradually added up snow bath, ice bath and eventually ice swimming in the nature. I wanted to prepare myself for three cold months and successfully learned how to control my mind and become one with the cold. It is now my source of power and I’m in love with the winter In Russia. Every week I would go to ice swim and enjoy that power the cold gives me. It quickly became my daily ritual. During the filming of this video, the weather outside was -15 degrees Celsius.
