25 Minute Full Body TRX Dropset Workout | Strength Endurance Power | Suspension Training At Home

Grab your suspension trainer and a mat for this 25 minute total body strength and cardio workout. All exercises include the suspension trainer. Set your suspension trainer to mid length. One way to make the exercise more challenging will be to walk your body closer to the anchor point to increase the resistance, and vice versa (for the majority of the exercises). You can always walk it further away from the anchor point to decrease the resistance. For most exercises keep your core tight and active, especially when we are in a plank-like position. Today’s format is dropsets! This just means we haver a superset with a “drop“ in tensity in it. The first exercise will be a more challenging variation and will be performed for 60 seconds. After that exercise is up, we will drop the intensity of the exercise and/or switch up the exercise for another 60 seconds of work.
