Homemade potato chips are easier than you think! #shorts

All you need is a mandolin, russet potatoes, and some frying oil! 1. Wash and scrub the potatoes. 2. Use a mandolin to thinly slice. 3. Rince the chips under water until the water runs clear. 4. Completly pat dry the potatoes to ensure there’s no water. 5. Fry at 325F. As soon as they start to turn golden brown remove them from the oil and drain. 6. Toss with salt or whatever seasoning!
