Radio communications of the MiG29 responsible for the February 24, 1996 Brothers to the Rescue shoot down with the control tower in Cuba as the attack occurred killing Armando Alejandre Jr. (45 years old), Carlos Alberto Costa (29), Mario Manuel de la Peña (24), and Pablo Morales (29). Identities of the voices in the recording: Francisco Perez Perez , Lieutenant Colonel of Cuban Air Force (co-pilot of MiG-29). Lorenzo Alberto Perez Perez , Pilot Lieutenant Colonel who fired the missile from the MiG-29. Ricardo Martinez , Air Traffic Controller, Havana Center.
