INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE ORANGE SPONGE
* 3 Eggs, divided
* 65g Icing Sugar
* 60ml orange juice
* 40ml Vegetable Oil
* 1/4 Vanilla Extract
* 1 Orange zest
* 80g Self-raising Flour
* 1/4 tsp Corn Starch
BAKE AT 170°C / 340°F FOR 14 MINUTES OR UNTIL A TOOTHPICK CAN BE INSERTED AND REMOVED CLEANLY.
FOR THE CREAM FILLING
* 200ml Double Cream
* 200g Cream Cheese
* 40g Icing Sugar
* 3 Oranges
FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM
* 100g Double Cream
* 10g Icing Sugar
