’Iran’s Nuclear Sites Protected’, Israel Strike Kills 16 in Lebanon, Hezbollah Rockets Hit Haifa
Lebanon’s health ministry said Israeli strikes in the southern Nabatieh city killed 16 people, including the local mayor, and wounded 52 others.
Hezbollah said it launched a third rocket attack at the northern Israeli town of Safed in 24 hours. Jordan told Iran it “will not allow any parties to violate its airspace“, as the Middle East braces for Israel’s retaliation against Iran’s ballistic missile attack. Iran’s atomic energy agency said the country can “quickly compensate” for any potential damage at key nuclear sites even though an Israeli attack was “very unlikely“.
