ISM Family Fun Day 2023

After four long years absent from our calendar, June saw the much-anticipated return of a jewel in the ISM calendar – Family Fun Day. For the first time in school history, all four Campuses combined for an event that created lifelong family memories in the minds of everyone lucky enough to have attended. The traditional carnival stalls were a popular starter for young and old alike. Whether playing an old-fashioned games like Knock-‘Em Down, learning how to Beat the Keeper, driving the Mini-Cars or applying some Face Paint, there was plenty of colour and choice for everyone. Indeed, there were so many choices on offer, that visiting every stall would have filled the whole day already. Street entertainers and super-sized slides were another popular feature of the day. Children laughed with delight as they bounced their way down slides and through inflatable labyrinths. They were also awed by their favourite movie characters and magicians roving around the school grounds. And the whole school were cheering with delight at the sight of ISM student performers, Spiderman parkour, Avatar acrobats and daredevil Stunt Performers, leaping from obstacle to obstacle. Thanks to our Grand Raffle donors and Children’s Tombola, we raised over 600,000 rubles for local charities, through our Grand Raffle and Children’s Tombola. Overall, the day provided marvellous entertainment, delicious food and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate as a community.
