Another killer release by this pagan, naturalist collective hailing from Albion, and always with a different lineup.
First 4 tracks are excellent pieces of raw and rustic, stomping Folk-y Oi!, following on the excellent lead that the release title indicates. Oi! from rural britain, with pitchfork and rifle in hand, ready to ward off the pillagers, with sedition and hate for the parasitic modernity burning in the hearts. Excellent and engaging riffs, making your first pump with the fierce rhythms and soul ablaze with the beautiful Folk instrumentation, that uses a type of string sound that sounds somewhat like a dulcimer, similarly to the last Longbow demos or other Brittish Folk projects like Rebirth or Tristwch y Fenywod.
Last track goes into a more experimental territory that has been present in all Runeboy releases, starting off with a melancholic, primitive jam-like improv rock sound and ending in utter Noise hate and chaos.
